Board Work

Anica serves as Chair, Vice Chair,

Non Executive Director (NED) and

Advisory Board Member for

organisations across

health, technology, academia,

policing and veterans' affairs.

She specialises in values-led innovation,

focusing on risk management

and stakeholder engagement

for complex organisations.

 

Current roles include:

Non Executive Director and

Vice Chair Audit and Risk Committee,

Morley College, 

research projects at the

University of Oxford

and the University of Kent,

Thames Valley Police's

Ethics Think Tank,

sitting on an

advisory body to the

UK Ministry of Defence

and various commercial roles.

 

She previously has held roles with

the National Institute of Health

and Care Excellence (NICE),

where she was Vice Chair of the

Quality Standards Committee,

NIHR’s Programme Grants for

Applied Research and the

Independent Monitoring Board

of HMP Erlestoke.

She particularly enjoys bringing together

high-performing teams to deliver

far more than

the sum of their parts.
