Board Work

Anica serves as Chair, Vice Chair,

Non-Executive Director (NED) and

Advisory Board Member for

organisations across

health, technology, academia,

policing and veterans'  affairs.

She specialises in values-led innovation,

focusing on risk management

and stakeholder engagement

for complex organisations.

 

Current roles include Vice Chair

of the National Institute of Health

and Care Excellence (NICE)'s Quality

Standards Advisory Committee, research

projects at the Universities of Oxford

and Kent, Thames Valley Police's Ethics

Think Tank, sitting as a NED for an

advisory body to the UK Ministry of

Defence, and various commercial roles.

 

She previously has held roles with

NIHR’s Programme Grants for Applied

Research, Health Education England, the Independent Monitoring Board of HMP Erlestoke and the British Research

Council Partnership for

Health, Wealth and Innovation.

She particularly enjoys mentoring senior executives and bringing together high-performing teams to deliver far more

than the sum of their parts.
